Getting Close
The SC Doubles Championship for 2011 is just around the corner. If you haven’t registered yet, please visit Strange Disc Tour and register. Each player on your team gets a choice of one of three Innova Discs and one of three Discraft Discs. The longer you wait to register the more likely your choice of disc will be less and less. If you register before September 1st, you will also get a tournament t-shirt.
This year’s tournament is being held in Walhalla and Seneca. There will also be a CTP for each division 3 of the 4 rounds and most CTPs will include two items for so both members of the team will get something.
This event is the weekend before the PDGA Championship in Augusta and could easily draw some talent that is traveling to the south in prep for that tournament. With space for only 36 teams, you don’t want to wait too long to register…you could miss out. This tournament filled last year and we had to turn people away.
